Data privacy agreements

Many districts require a signed data privacy agreement before staff use an online tool. We're glad to sign one.

How to request one

Email hello@libstop.com with your district's name and the agreement your district uses. If your state has a standard agreement, such as the one used by the California Student Privacy Alliance, we'll work from that.

The short version

• LibStop doesn't need or keep student or patron information. Patron columns are removed on upload.
• Only catalog fields used by the report are saved, and reports are deleted after 90 days.
• Data is hosted in the United States by Render, and sign-in emails are delivered by Resend.
• Data is never sold or used for advertising.
